Hideyuki Idenawa joined Yoshikawa Law Firm as an Associate in September 2026.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Idenawa served for approximately nine years as a judge at the Nagoya District Court, the Tsuchiura Branch of the Mito District Court and the Kumamoto Family Court, and during his secondment to the Ministry of Justice engaged in preventive-justice support for government ministries and agencies as a litigation attorney. He practices primarily in litigation and dispute resolution, labor and employment, and crisis management, bringing a judge’s perspective to the firm’s clients.
