Shino Sakakibara joined Yoshikawa Law Firm in September 2025.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Sakakibara worked as in-house counsel at a manufacturer and at a law firm focusing on China-related legal matters. She has advised major companies primarily on labor and employment, industry regulations, export control and foreign investment regulations, and has supported new business launches, negotiations with foreign companies and the entry of foreign companies into the Japanese market, as well as handling business disputes and litigation. She also serves as a corporate auditor of a listed company.
With Ms. Sakakibara joining, the firm will further strengthen its services in these areas, including China-related legal matters, which the firm has been handling in cooperation with local firms.
