Ryo Yabumoto joined Yoshikawa Law Firm in May 2026.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Yabumoto worked at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, one of Japan’s largest law firms, including a secondment to Nippon Steel Corporation. Building on his experience in corporate matters at a major law firm and in the legal department of an operating company, he practices primarily in intellectual property and IT, labor and employment, litigation and dispute resolution, and corporate misconduct and crisis management, providing practical legal services from preventive advice in ordinary times to dispute resolution, internal investigations and crisis response.
With Mr. Yabumoto joining, the firm will further enhance its corporate legal services in these areas.
