Shoichi Hara joined Yoshikawa Law Firm as Counsel in August 2026.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Hara served for some fifteen years as a judge at the Tokyo District Court, the Chiba District Court and other courts. He practices primarily in litigation and dispute resolution, labor and employment, and corporate misconduct and crisis management, bringing a judge’s perspective to the firm’s clients.
