We are currently accepting individual visits from 79th term judicial trainees (and prospective trainees) as well as experienced attorneys and patent attorneys.

If you wish to make an individual visit, please submit the following documents by replying to the email you receive from our firm after this entry. If it takes time to obtain some documents, you may submit them later.

  • Facial photograph (JPG/JPEG/PNG format)
  • Transcripts (Law school and university (both first and second terms if transcripts are separated) with the most recent grades reflected. PDF format)
  • For law schools and universities that disclose GPA or class rank, materials showing this information (PDF format)
  • For preliminary exam passers, preliminary exam result notification (PDF format)

Our firm will comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws and regulations regarding the provision of personal information to third parties.


4. Safe Management of Personal Information

Our firm properly manages personal information through our internal management system and employee training, and takes preventive measures against the leakage, loss, and damage of personal information.


5. Requests for Notification of Purpose of Use, Disclosure, Correction, etc., and Suspension of Use, etc. of

Personal Information When we receive a request from an individual regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, suspension of provision to third parties, or notification of the purpose of use of personal information, we will respond promptly and sincerely in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act after verifying the identity of the individual.

Please note that a fee may be charged for notification of purpose of use and disclosure.

7. Changes to the Privacy Policy
